Alvin Rowland – Chief Executive Officer, Australia
As the originator of the modular handrail disruption which started out as Sentaur Products in 2008, Alvin brings his passion to the table every day.
Prior to starting the modular handrail business, Alvin worked his way from being on the tools to General Manager of Bendpro, the family business specialising in Mandrel bending, metal forming and fabrication.
In line with his personal core values, improving people’s lives and giving back to the community is a strong focus that has seen Alvin a willing volunteer of the RRT in times of local crisis, and voluntarily a Director on the Board of the One School Global Wide Bay Campus.

Jeremy Raikes – Managing Director, New Zealand
With a background of business ownership and national sales management, Jeremy brings to Moddex his broad range of business and management experience including over 10 years as National Sales Manager for Argyle Performance Workwear.
Jeremy’s time in metal work and product development has given him a deeper understanding of the Moddex business and understands that challenging the status quo and exploring new solutions to solve the ‘impossible’ is critical to sustainable growth.

Joe Rowland – Sales Director, Australia
With over 20 years of experience in sales, Joe has consistently driven business growth and led high-performing sales teams. As our Sales Director, he applies a strategic approach to expanding market presence and building strong client relationships.
Beyond his professional achievements, Joe is committed to giving back to the community through his volunteer work with OneSchool Global Wide Bay Campus, where he mentors students and supports educational initiatives.
His passion for leadership, both in business and community engagement, makes him a dynamic and impactful presence in all he does.

Dean Vos – Director, Australia
As a co-founder and director of Moddex Group, Dean brings his experience, expertise and passion to our Design & Specification team and to the construction industry as a whole.
He is the key liaison point between the Moddex design team and our clients/specifiers, particularly where customised design or material adjustments are required. His key role is to enable architects, specifiers, engineers & detailers with smart, cost-effective and practical handrail/balustrade solutions, including detailed specifications and schedules.

Reuben Jensen - Chief Operating Officer, Australia
Reuben has been with Moddex from its beginnings and has had experience in every department of the business, specifically production, projects, marketing, sales and business development.
Reuben’s comprehensive knowledge of the company and technical background serve him well in his current role as Chief Operations Officer. For Reuben, there’s nothing more rewarding than working through a challenging project and seeing it come to fruition. He is also passionate about driving operational efficiencies throughout the organisation.

Peter Hubbard - Non-Executive Director, New Zealand
An experienced and qualified senior adviser, currently with Enable Consulting Group, Peter has an extensive background in Aviation and Automotive manufacturing and a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Enable Consulting specialises in corporate business advisory services and business strategy for SMEs in New Zealand and Australia. Peter is a strong community professional with a key focus on exports.

Anton Voss – Non-Executive Director, Australia
With his long experience in the industry, Anton provides a valuable perspective to our Advisory Board on industry safety, particularly in roof access and fall protection.
His contributions to our safety systems have proved invaluable; in some cases, life-saving. His key role is to work on continuous improvement in safety systems so they’re easier to use, more effective, and reduce or eliminate injuries.

Shani is the Executive Assistant to the CEO & Board, where she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication across the company. With exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach, Shani efficiently manages schedules, organises board meetings, and handles critical tasks that allow the team to stay focused on strategic goals. Her dedication and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Moddex team.

Reva serves as the Executive Assistant to the Board and Managing Director at Moddex’s New Zealand office. Evan Gilbert - Chief Financial Officer, Australia
With experience in public accounting and tax, IT, Travel and Business Services, Evan has been working in the Finance sector for 27 years, including holding a position of Board Chair of a leading school on the Sunshine Coast for six years.
A key member of our leadership team, Evan brings a passion for creating information for the decisions that need to be made, giving businesses the tools to deal with the challenges that arise.

Anna brings a wealth of expertise to the Moddex marketing team, offering 25 years of experience across Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital, PR & Communications, Strategy, and both B2C and B2B Marketing. Her broad skill set includes leading and mentoring marketing teams, as well as providing strategic consultancy to businesses on team management and marketing operations.
With a diverse background spanning industries such as Real Estate, Construction, Retail, FMCG, and Professional Services, Anna will drive innovative marketing initiatives and enhance team collaboration at Moddex.

With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industries, Kaine has built a reputation as a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of complex projects. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of collaborating with industry leaders and contributing to some of Victoria’s most significant infrastructure developments. His expertise spans across a wide range of sectors, including large-scale construction, project management, and the implementation of innovative manufacturing solutions.
Kaine currently serves as the General Manager – Victoria, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations and driving the company’s strategic growth. His leadership is instrumental in guiding teams through the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions, particularly in the areas of handrails, balustrades, and safety access systems. Under his direction, Moddex continues to thrive as a trusted partner for architects, engineers, specifiers, and contractors alike.
