Alan Miltz
A key member of our Advisory Board since 2017, Alan Miltz is a director and Managing Consultant of Pearl Financial Services Pty Ltd in Australia and Kenya.
A global thought leader in financial analysis, Alan is the founder of Inmatrix Pty Ltd, developing financial analysis techniques that have become a global standard for business, CPAs and banks.
Previously voted Best Speaker in Australia for The Executive Connection (TEC), the world’s largest CEO forum, Alan brings his business and mentoring experience to Moddex.

Robert Kininmonth
Robert has held senior roles in sales, marketing, brand and business management in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, agribusiness, FMCG and professional services. He has owned companies and practised as a business consultant and adviser.
Today Robert coaches leadership teams and forms advisory boards for a select number of businesses who commit to excelling in their chosen market.
He is currently an adviser and facilitator with Somerset Capital and a trained and certified Gazelles International business and executive coach, using the Scaling Up™ methodology, a proven system used by thousands of growth companies throughout the world.

Peter Hubbard
An experienced and qualified senior adviser, currently with Enable Consulting Group, Peter has an extensive background in Aviation and Automotive manufacturing and a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Enable Consulting specialises in corporate business advisory services and business strategy for SMEs in New Zealand and Australia. Peter is a strong community professional with a key focus on exports.
To the Moddex Advisory board, Peter brings his skills in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Management Consulting and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Damien Rossi
A key member of our Advisory Board since 2018, Damien Rossi is a Partner in Found, a Brand Strategy practice specialising in Marketing Positioning operating across Australia and New Zealand, the UK and Ireland.
Throughout his international career, Damien has worked with some of the world’s most respected organisations and iconic brands. From global multinationals to small & mid-cap firms, from start-ups to large complex organisations across Consumer Goods, Professional Services, Defence, Medical, Infrastructure, Food & Beverage, Agri-business and Media / Tech.
Damien brings his expertise to Moddex to help strategise and drive the key growth question; what will drive top-line growth on our brand?

Alvin Rowland – Managing Director, Australia
As the originator of the modular handrail disruption which started out as Sentaur Products in 2008, Alvin brings his passion to the table every day.
Prior to starting the modular handrail business, Alvin worked his way from being on the tools to General Manager of Bendpro, the family business specialising in Mandrel bending, metal forming and fabrication.
In line with his personal core values, improving people’s lives and giving back to the community is a strong focus that has seen Alvin a willing volunteer of the RRT in times of local crisis, and voluntarily a Director on the Board of the One School Global Wide Bay Campus.

Jeremy Raikes – Managing Director, New Zealand
With a background of business ownership and national sales management, Jeremy brings to Moddex his broad range of business and management experience including over 10 years as National Sales Manager for Argyle Performance Workwear.
Jeremy’s time in metal work and product development has given him a deeper understanding of the Moddex business and understands that challenging the status quo and exploring new solutions to solve the ‘impossible’ is critical to sustainable growth.

Joe Rowland – Sales Director, Australia
Joe has had 10 years of experience working with professionals in and around the construction industry. He brings his wealth of experience in developing strong and lasting relationships within the non-residential and civil/Infrastructure construction sectors.
His key role within the Moddex business is to lead and facilitate the efforts of our enthusiastic sales and business development team. A preparedness to move mountains for clients, even at significant expense, is central to the trust that our clients have in us.
Joe believes that success is worth celebrating! The team are often rewarded for individual and collective wins, and enjoy celebrations to mark them.

Dean Vos – Head of Innovation, Australia
As a co-founder and director of Moddex Group, Dean brings his experience, expertise and passion to our Design & Specification team and to the construction industry as a whole.
He is the key liaison point between the Moddex design team and our clients/specifiers, particularly where customised design or material adjustments are required. His key role is to enable architects, specifiers, engineers & detailers with smart, cost-effective and practical handrail/balustrade solutions, including detailed specifications and schedules.

Reuben Jensen - Chief Operating Officer, Australia
Reuben has been with Moddex from its beginnings and has had experience in every department of the business, specifically production, projects, marketing, sales and business development.
Reuben’s comprehensive knowledge of the company and technical background serve him well in his current role as Chief Operations Officer. For Reuben, there’s nothing more rewarding than working through a challenging project and seeing it come to fruition. He is also passionate about driving operational efficiencies throughout the organisation.

Anton Voss – Non-Executive Director, Australia
With his long experience in the industry, Anton provides a valuable perspective to our Advisory Board on industry safety, particularly in roof access and fall protection.
His contributions to our safety systems have proved invaluable; in some cases, life-saving. His key role is to work on continuous improvement in safety systems so they’re easier to use, more effective, and reduce or eliminate injuries.
