How Express Service Works

Eligibility Criteria

Moddex Express applies to projects that meet the following criteria:

  • Supply only (no design required)
  • Self installed by the customer or contractor
  • Standard configurations (no custom fabrication)*
  • Clear requirements with confirmed site measurements
  • Active Moddex account with approved terms, or able to pre-pay in full

*Standard configurations refer to those listed on the product pages. See Assistrail, Bikesafe, Bridgerail, Conectabal, Tuffrail, Ezibilt and Kliptread.

Express Service Fee & Conditions

A 25% Express service fee applies to qualifying orders. This covers the dedicated handling, scheduling and production time within our Express workflow.

Terms & Conditions

  • Standard Express turnaround is 48 hours from order confirmation to dispatch
  • Timelines are subject to order volume, confirmation of final specs, and material availability
  • Express is available for supply only projects that meet all eligibility criteria
  • Orders must be confirmed in writing and Express fees paid before scheduling
  • Express lead times are business days only and exclude public holidays
  • Availability may vary by region based on production capacity

Please note: You must have a detailed site measure of the area that is approved by your Moddex salesperson as being adequate. This is a critical step, as we cannot commit to express lead times without a proper understanding of the substrate that the handrails will be mounting to.

Approve the Express Service
Once approved, an Express service fee of 25% applies to your order total.
Production begins immediately
Your project moves into the Express workflow, where it’s fabricated and dispatched within 48 hours for qualifying products and projects.
