With both street and bowl sections which cater to all levels, it is truly a world class facility for the community of Port Hedland.
Why was Moddex product selected?
The Port Hedland Youth Space includes a central DDA compliant access path that invites users and visitors to explore spaces. Moddex supplied various configurations of Conectabal Balustrade and Assistrail Disability Handrails carefully designed to maximise access & help prevent injuries or falls from retaining walls and elevated areas. All product supplied to the client, Convic, complies with AS 1428:2009/NCC and has been load tested and certified to the relevant AS 1170 requirements. Our Conectabal Balustrade provides those that frequent the park with the long lasting & highly durable protection, necessary for the nature of the site.
Moddex site measured & pre-designed the complete package in sections and delivered these to site accordingly to enable ease of installation by Convic.
