Archify, an online product platform, is an invaluable tool for thousands of architects and designers across ANZ for project inspiration and product specification. With hundreds of brand profiles on the platform, Archify has provided users access to 30,000+ products from leading suppliers since its inception in 2019.
In 2022, Archify partnered with NBS Australia, a global technology platform for everyone involved in the design, construction and supply of the build environment. As part of this partnership, NBS’s specification writing software, Chorus, has been integrated with Archify. This software enables architects, designers and engineers to create technical specifications in the cloud on any device. At the click of a button, users will be able to specify thousands of products from local and international brands directly from Archify.
Chorus makes specifying faster and easier, with instant specification of pre-verified products, model integration and real-time collaboration. Users can input products directly into their specification, with technical information included, edit clauses and export their schedule of product selections. Models on Revit, Vectorworks and ArchiCAD can be directly associated with spec clauses with the Chorus model integration.
Another key feature is the ability to share projects and spec notes with co-workers, consultants and even clients, making sure everyone remains on the same page; adjusting project access levels also means that notes and comments can be left on exact clauses, keeping information organised and trackable.
All Archify members in Australia now have the opportunity to have their products and associated specification information available in Chorus for design professionals to use on their projects.
