Project Background
Stockland’s Calleya community in Treeby has invested $1.8 million into an adventure playground featuring a 190m junior BMX track.
Featuring in-ground trampolines, a multi-use sports court, sheltered barbecue areas, picnic zones and a 6m sky cabin and slide, the 1.3ha park offers versatility for kids to get out and socialise.
The BMX track is designed to provide endless fun for junior riders of all levels.
Moddex arranged a site measure and supply & install of approximately 60m of bikeway barrier to the Pump Track.

Why was Moddex product selected?
Landscape Elements, working with the Architect, reached out to Moddex for pricing and information for a steel handrail solution. Originally the track had been designed to incorporate a timber handrail however the developer requested a steel option.
Moddex was able to provide a cost-effective solution whilst meeting the tight deadline and working in with the clients’ schedule. We were able to reduce the quoted lead time of six weeks down to three and half weeks through our short product lead times & rapid installation.
