Project Overview
Moddex was engaged by Total Construction to supply and install access systems for Greystar’s industrial facility in Zillmere, Brisbane. The large multi-tenancy industrial development spans two warehouses and includes multiple industrial units with upper-level office spaces. Across five warehouse units, safe and compliant access was required from the warehouse floor to the offices above. The scope included warehouse stairs, landing platforms, balustrades and handrails, along with internal office stair handrails.
Moddex Solution
Moddex supplied and installed five HDG Ezibilt™ EB140 stair systems with FRP mini mesh treads, providing access from the warehouse floor to the upper office level. Each stair system featured a two-flight configuration with a mid-landing and top landing, integrated with CB30 standard balustrade with inline handrail. The hot-dip galvanised finish and FRP mini mesh treads provided a durable, low-maintenance access solution suited to the industrial warehouse environment. Moddex also supplied and installed wall mounted stainless steel handrail systems for the internal office stairs.

- 100m of CB30 standard balustrade with inline handrail
- 132m of AR150 wall mounted handrail
- 316 stainless steel handrails to internal office stairs
