Project Background
This project stemmed from the need for general refurbishment and DDA compliance requirements on an existing Government building situated in the main street of Bathurst NSW.
Hines constructions were the successful tenderer for the project, and Moddex worked closely with their team to design, supply and install the DDA handrail and balustrade to the complete satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Why was Moddex product selected?
Compliance was a critical factor, given that the project was originally set up to achieve compliance to current DDA standards and AS 1428. By selecting Moddex proprietary systems, compliance was guaranteed and final sign off was easily achieved.
