Project Background
This project involved the construction of a new GLA Block for classrooms and facilities within the existing school grounds. Funds from an approved Government Education Grant made the development a possibility, and expanded the resources of the school to better suit the needs of a growing number of students.

Why was Moddex product selected?
Our systems are assembled without welding, eliminating hot works permits, toxic fumes and safety hazards for installers, teachers and students. There were significant cost savings to be made by using Moddex and our sales consultants worked closely with ADCO to have the product approved by the Architect. Delivered flat packed direct to site the system eliminated fabrication lead times and the co-ordination of bulky items to difficult access areas. ARC 2 was the Architects engaged on the project and they could see the obvious benefits of a proprietary, compliant system.
