Tuffrail is precision-engineered to provide strict, compliant fall protection in accordance with the AS/NZS 1657 standards for fixed platforms, walkways, and stairways.

Fast no-weld assembly
Slash site downtime and remove hot works hazards with a simple bolt together system that is completely custom manufactured the individual site conditions.

Selection of three material types
Available in HDG390, Aluminium, and 316 Grade Stainless Steel, Tuffrail can safely withstands chemical fumes, sea spray, and industrial wear without the rust vulnerabilities caused by site welding.

High visibility powder coat available
Pre-stocked Y14 Safety Yellow powder coated components for high-visibility hazard protection are available. Custom powder coating options available on request.
