Specifications

All relevant technical documents, product specifications and compliance information for Tuffrail® pre-engineered industrial handrail systems are available below. These resources support design development, product specification and accessibility compliance requirements across Australia and New Zealand.

Note: Moddex no longer exclusively use Magnelis® or Alymag® branded coatings. Specifiers should reference the required product or coating details (e.g. zinc-aluminium-magnesium alloy coating or equivalent technical requirements), rather than brand names to ensure accuracy in specification.

Tuffrail® in Antarctica

Did you know? Moddex Tuffrail® industrial handrails in aluminium are installed on top of water tanks at Scott Base in Antarctica.

With extreme weather, remote logistics and highly corrosive coastal conditions, the Antarctic environment demands durable, reliable systems that can be delivered efficiently and installed with confidence.
