Project Background
Funded by the Ballina Shire Council in Northern New South Wales, this project commenced in July 2013. The Ballina & Tweed Heads districts are known for the increasing amount of these kinds of residential developments due to the idyllic climate and nearby beautiful beaches.
The project was completed approximately 6 weeks ahead of schedule.

Why was Moddex product selected?
This housing development included the construction of many walking & cycling paths for future residents to use. Moddex proprietary systems were utilised on the edge of cycle paths and retaining walls to increase safety and protect cyclists and pedestrians from veering onto the road or into the creeks and waterways.
