Project Overview
The Highbury Triangle Senior Living Development is a community-focused project designed specifically to improve the wellbeing of its residents, particularly targeting the health, social, and wellbeing needs of older tenants. The development consists of 236 apartments spread across five buildings and is located in the Avondale town centre, offering affordable and accessible living options. The finished development aims to foster an environment where older residents can feel supported, safe, and engaged within a community that prioritises their health and wellness.
How Moddex Helped Project Execution
Moddex supplied and installed the Conectabal Commercial Balustrades and Assistrail Disability Handrails on the stairs of four of the buildings, a contribution that was crucial to the project’s success.
