Project Overview
TKKM o Matahi (Matahi School) is a new educational facility designed to provide modern learning environments for students and staff. Working with HBL Builders and architect Carling Architects, the project required compliant balustrade systems on stairs and mezzanine areas in a new school building.
The Moddex Solution
Specified by Carling Architects and delivered for HBL Builders, Moddex supplied and installed Conectabal® CB10 and CB40 balustrade systems throughout the school.
The scope included 16 x CB10 level panels and 12 x CB40 stair panels with offset handrails, all finished in Matte Black powder coat over HDG390 galvanised steel for long-term durability.
Installed across stairs and a mezzanine level, the Conectabal® system provided a streamlined, compliant balustrade solution that aligned with the project’s vision while supporting efficient installation on site.
