Project Background
The project involved the construction of a four-storey building, one of the largest building in Alice Springs. Valued at $18 million, the courthouse was built and is owned by the private sector and leased to the government.
The new court building establishes a dedicated justice precinct in the centre of town and houses two Supreme courtrooms, offices and a shop, as well as a basement carpark.
Situated in the heart of the Alice Springs Central Business District, the top two floors of the new iconic Supreme Court building are available for lease as office space.
Each floor enjoys an abundance of natural light, 360-degree views and access to the basement car parking via a secure lift.
The development was undertaken by Sitzler Bros Pty Ltd which was one of the largest privately-owned construction companies in the Northern Territory.

Site measurements were provided by the builder and Moddex project managed installation on site using our nationwide network of installers
Our proprietary modular systems meant that no-welding needed to be conducted inside the building and product was available off-the-shelf for immediate flat pack.
