Project Background
The Masters Home Improvement Centre, Bundall Queensland is part of a national rollout program for the Masters brand in Australia. The two-storey structure comprises a ground-level car park catering for 300 cars, with a concrete retail floor over the car park area.
Working in conjunction with Hutchinson Builders, Moddex supplied a series of off-the-shelf products including handrails, balustrades, bollards and trolley bays, along with custom fabrication items including downpipe covers, corner guards and bike racks.

Why was Moddex product selected?
Moddex was selected for this project because of our off-the-shelf product availability, along with our willingness to work closely with our clients.
A short construction timeline on a narrow site located in a high traffic area presented with many logistical challenges. Our proprietary off-the-shelf handrails, balustrades, bollards and trolley bays were delivered to installers off-site and constructed on-site in line with project phases, as required.
To avoid the cost and headache of managing multiple suppliers, Hutchinson Builders were able to rely on one supplier for all metal work related products.
