Project Background
Ramada Newmarket is a new 63-room hotel in Auckland developed by Safari Group. The $22 million project was part of a $100million mixed-use development and features hotel units, studio units, bedroom apartments and a purpose-built meeting space.
Wyndham Hotels and Safari Group have worked together on six other hotel projects in the country, including five Ramada locations. This is the group’s ninth property in the country.
Moddex was selected by Safari to supply & install the balustrading and handrails on the project. Having worked with Moddex before, on projects like La Quinta Hotel, Safari could put their trust in Moddex, knowing we would provide a compliant result, on time and within budget.
